Associate professor Višnja Rajić, PhD is a Vice Dean for teaching and student affairs at the Faculty of Teacher Education, University of Zagreb and before that she was a head of the Quality assurance committee. In her scientific work, she researches reform and progressive pedagogies, assessment, human rights, and democratic education. Her strong research interest lies in adult education. She is a certified Montessori pedagogue since 2016. She is a teacher trainer of the Agency for Vocational Education and Adult Education for education in the field of adult education and National Agency for Education in the professional development of teachers. She is an expert of the Council of Europe in the field of violence prevention, education for democratic citizenship and evaluation of transferable knowledge, skills and attitudes for democracy and a trainer of trainers of the Pestalozzi program of the Council of Europe. She is a member of the board of directors of the international association Change to learn – Learn to change (Strasbourg) and Croatian Andrgogical society.
